Conduct Market Research: Gather and interpret leads/data through cold calling and cold emails to identify prospects for a specific product/industry.

Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Follow up within weeks or every 2 months with personal notes, ask for feedback, respond promptly, and address concerns to establish trust.

Handle Documentation Tasks: Create Proforma invoices and sample invoices for clients, and prepare purchase orders for suppliers. Communicate with production, account, logistics, and management teams regarding client orders.

Provide Accurate Reports: Generate accurate reports for the respective head or person in charge for proper communication and accountability.
